Use the chart below to help guide you through this weeks Physical Education class. The link at the bottom of the page will expand and give you even more in-depth information that you can use to grow in your knowledge of fitness and health. The links in the chart are to help you follow along with each activity in the directions. (located below the chart) There are two workout videos, one activity chart, and two relaxation video/sound clips.

I know I have reached this because I was able to do the tabata workout, create my own, and do would-you-rather exercises.

I can complete an "At Home Activities" chart idea. 

I know I have reached this because I can cross off 3 activities each day for a total of 60 minutes of physical activity for a heart healthy day.

Try to do multiple activities everyday. Encourage those you live with to participate too. It is a benefit to everyone to be physically active.

Remember to use social distancing with all activities.

I can learn ways to relax my body to lower stress/anxiety.

I know I was able to do this because my stomach while breathing looked like the fish inflating and deflating. 

I know I was able to relax because I could follow the prompts on the audio clip.

Follow directions on "The Daily Big 3" below to help you be successful this week in achieving 60 minutes of physical activity each day. Yes, the mindful minute, stretching, and learning ways to relax count as part of these 60 minutes. Each day works in succession of each other and allows for personal choice and reflection on the days activities. You do not need to submit your answers for this week. This is for your benefit,  be honest with yourself, and identify what you need during this time.
